During September and the first half of October, Ukrainians did not receive the “National Cashback” for August, although it was previously assumed that payments would be made by the 20th of the following month. “Diya” explained that the final stage of payment processing in the system that accrues the payment is currently underway.

“Your support for Ukrainian business was record-breaking in August, so this will be the largest cashback in the entire history of the program. To credit it, the system processes millions of transactions, so it takes a little more time than usual. The Ministry of Economy is actively working with partners to ensure that the cashback arrives as soon as possible,” the message says.
The Ministry of Economy, in turn, reported that the payment of the National Cashback for August is in the active processing stage.
“The volume of payments for August is record, so the process takes more time than usual. All program participants will receive funds in full after the completion of technical procedures. The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, together with partners, is taking all necessary measures to transfer funds to program participants as soon as possible,” the message says.
