Did former People's Deputy Maksym Mykytas take possession of the property complex at the Arsenal factory through “black notaries”? What do the media write about this?

LLC “Philosophy of Development”, which previously owned a property complex on the territory of the Kiev Arsenal factory, has passed into the hands of Uzbek citizen Kayumjon Samatov. VIDEO OF THE DAY

As “Korotko.Pro” writes, the Telegram channel “Insider” published a recording of a telephone conversation, where a man with a voice similar to that of former People's Deputy Maksym Mykytas offers to transfer the company to him.

“Insider” claims that this conversation preceded the alleged illegal alienation of corporate rights to “Philosophy of Development” LLC, which was the owner of the property complex on the territory of the Kyiv Arsenal factory.

“With the patronage of high-ranking officials and the help of employees of the Ministry of Justice, Mykytas committed another crime. Last night, using forged powers of attorney with the help of a black notary from the city of Bila Tserkva and registrars of the Rozdilnyanskyi district of the Odessa region, he stole the corporate rights of LLC “Philosophia Development”, which was the owner of a property complex on the territory of the “Arsenal” factory in the Pechersk district of Kyiv with an area of several thousand square meters,” writes “Korotko.Pro”.

Korotko.Pro also published a screenshot of the correspondence and a recording of the conversation, which includes that shortly before this event, Mykytas allegedly tried to bribe the current founder of this company and rewrite it for 100 thousand US dollars. And when he was refused, he declared that “I will do it without you.”

As “Korotko pro” reminds, Maksym Mykytas is a former ex-People's Deputy and former owner of the Ukrbud company, whose 13 thousand investors currently cannot achieve the completion of square meters. In 2019, he was detained in connection with a number of criminal proceedings regarding real estate fraud, money laundering, and kidnapping. However, in mid-March 2021, Mykytas was released from pre-trial detention on bail.

Previously, political blogger Yanina Sokolovska reported that Deputy Head of the President's Office Iryna Mudra could have contributed to the cancellation of ARMA's bidding for Ukrbud and helped its former owner Maksym Mykytas resolve cases in court.
