Since September 24, mobile communications from the operator Kyivstar have become more expensive in Ukraine. But it turned out that this is only the first price increase in the list of price increases for Kyivstar services. Thus, from October 1, another tariff of the operator – “LOVE UA Contract” – will increase by 20%. According to the company's press service, this is explained by the increase in the operator's costs for electricity and fuel, as well as inflation and changes in the exchange rate.

As a result, the company is forced to raise the cost of the “LOVE UA Contract” tariff from 200 to 250 UAH/month for contract subscribers from October 1, 2025, i.e. by 20%. At the same time, the company reminded that the following options are available to subscribers:
– choose a special offer and activate a favorable contract tariff that meets your needs;
– increase the tariff volume – without additional charges for three months, you can double certain services offered in the tariff, and for the “LOVE UA Contract” tariff – connect a 25 GB and 250 minutes package;

– switch to another tariff — choose from the current line or from the proposed ones.
Also, from October 3, 2025, the terms of service for calls to some number capacities of foreign operators will be updated. Such calls abroad will be charged at a separate cost – 20 UAH/minute. The changes apply to certain numbers in Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Germany, Poland, Romania, France and other countries.
Note that before the tariff increase on September 24, the last time Kyivstar raised the cost of its services was in December 2024.
