According to police, an identified person attacked police officers near the Foreign Ministry building in Moscow.
According to the reports, the attacker, who had opened fire in central Moscow, wounding a policeman, was shot by the officers. The interior Minisrty stated, that the perpetrator survived and was deteined and sent taken to hospital, as he remains in critical condition.
