‘You have garbage in place of the heart, says Gianluigi Buffon, the referee after a red card

The captain of Juventus Gianluigi Buffon claims referee Michael Oliver “wacko”, as real Madrid got to the Champions League semi-final with a controversial penalty.

Serie A giants have stormed back with a 3-0 in the first leg deficit to level the scores at 3-3 on the amount at the Bernabeu on Wednesday evening.

“If you do that, you animal, you have garbage in place of the heart. We made the evening something epic and heroic.”

Benatia was also irritated by the decision, but not praise the way in which Juventus fought in Spain.

“It was a ridiculous case,” defender of Morocco told the club website. “We are very disappointed.

“It is unbelievable that our captain is not allowed to act the referee, a red card was very harsh.

“It hurts to get knocked out, but I’m proud of this team. We had a fantastic game today, in terms of intensity and technique”.
