Update 11: 30 PM: Ulster winger Craig Gilroy apologized for the blatant message that he sent teammate Stuart Olding after the incident in the heart of the recent rape trial involving Olding and Ulster and Ireland’s paddy Jackson star.

“I would like to unreservedly apologise for any offence causes a whatsapp message I sent in June 2016”, – he wrote in a statement posted on Twitter.

“I take full responsibility for their actions in the future will be to ensure that the language I use in private or public better reflects who I am and what I stand for. I deeply regret the pain my comments caused. Craig”.

The third Ulster Rugby became unavailable for selection as an integral part of the internal analysis on the consequences of rape in court, saw his two companions acquitted.

Winger Craig Gilroy will not play Friday against PRO14 Edinburgh, Ulster Rugby and the Irish Rugby football Union (IRFU) said.

Blaine McIlroy, 26, was acquitted of the impact, while Rory Harrison, 25, was found not guilty of obstruction of justice and withholding information.

Loud judicial trial, which lasted 42 days, has created an unprecedented level of public attention and aroused with the solicitor the defense of Jackson to disperse social media comments in the course of criminal proceedings.
