“I thought, ‘as bad as it is for me personally, it is my duty to protect the FBI and the Department of justice,” said Comey. “Given all that has been, the attorney General of the United States is unable to reliably report the result. And if she did, he would do corrosive damage in the judiciary.”

Komei appears the conflict when discussing Lynch’s weight of respect, he said that this day for his former boss against his fears that her impartiality in Clinton’s email, the investigation may be questioned.

Lynch ordered the Komi Republic to describe an FBI investigation into the handling of the Clinton secret information as “matter” and not “the result,” said Stephanopoulos, raising questions about whether Obama is the nominee seeks to protect a political ally.

When asked Stephanopoulos if the semantic range of Lynch was made in an effort to protect Clinton, Comey said: “I don’t know. It bothers me.”

“He gave me an unpleasant feeling, because Clinton’s campaign, as the issue came, the investigation was initiated in July, there have been attempts to come up with other words to describe it… and it bothers me that the attorney-General in the direction of tracking these efforts to avoid the use of the word ‘inquiry’” Komi said.

Komi has agreed with the request of Lynch, but now he says he wishes he was not involved in the interaction in different ways.

“Frankly, it gave me a bad feeling,” said Komi. “Maybe I should have pushed harder at the moment.”

Lynch has released a lengthy statement in defense of their actions in anticipation of the airing of the interview with Stephanopoulos Komi.

“Everyone who works in the Ministry of justice is obliged to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the Department’s work. That is why, in the critical early stages of this case, I followed a long-standing Department policy not to confirm or deny the investigation. This policy predates my tenure in office and will continue long after this debate is over. It is not misleading nor dezinformare, but instead protects investigations and ensures equal treatment for all under the scrutiny, whether known or unknown. Any suggestion that I have referred to this policy based on any other reason is just a lie,” said Lynch in a statement.

“Throughout the process, I did what I always do: rise above politics and support the law. You never, ever discuss any aspect of the investigation with anyone from the Clinton campaign or the [Democratic National Committee],” she said in a statement.

“I knew James Komi Republic for almost 30 years. During his time as Director, regularly talks about some of the most sensitive issues in law enforcement and national security. If he had any problems about the investigation into the e-mail group or not, he had ample opportunities to raise them with me as a private and at meetings. He never did,” said Lynch in a statement.

Classified information complicates matters

Actually, this applies to Komi, about the perception of the public on the role of Lynch in the request that led him to become a more active participant in the investigation, he says now. In early 2016, the U.S. intelligence community received a secret information that, according to the Komi Republic“, raised the question of whether Loretta Lynch was to control me and the FBI and the conduct of the campaign, Clinton was informed of our investigation.”

The FBI investigated the claim and found no evidence to support him, Comey said, but he was however worried that if this information is public, it can be used to the guerrillas seeking to undermine confidence in the Ministry of justice Lynch. So Komi has decided to involve the public in the process, he said.

“What can I do instead, to offer an unusual transparency to the American people about the investigation,” said Komi. “Tell them: here’s what we did, what we found, here’s what we think about it. You can trust us, because we show You our work.”

Information about Lynch, Komi said he did not believe to be true, remains classified to this day. But the resolution will have a profound impact on the handling of Komi of the polemic around the investigation.

Questions of perception

According to Lynch, they never discussed the investigation, but under the relevant backlash in Komi Republic.

“I think she’s telling the truth about what” Komi said Lynch. “But then again, people’s confidence that the system works in a fair way that lady justice kept her eye issues.”

Komi decided to “move away” from lynching to show the public that the FBI operates free from political influence, he said.

That’s why, Comey said, he personally announced the closure of the investigation, and then took it upon himself to inform the Congress and the notorious letter on Oct. 28 that the investigation was resumed.

At Lynch told him not to Send the letter which informed members of Congress that the FBI will reopen the investigation as a separate investigation of former Congressman Anthony Weiner – he would have listened, said Komi Republic.

But she never did.

“I believe in the chain of command,” said Komi. “I would follow her instructions”.

Meeting the roots was with Lynch shortly after he sent the letter makes him think, he said, that maybe she understood and even agreed with his actions. Komei as criticism was mounting, Lynch called him into his office, closed the door and hugged him.

“I’m sure it showed on my face, like bill, I felt,” said Komi. “And then we sat down and she said, ‘how are you?’”

“Loretta Lynch is a very good man,” Komi said, “And was known to me for a long time.”

Komi wrote in his book that, as he left her office, Lynch made a strange request.

“Loretta stood up and reached for the door but stopped,” Komi wrote. “Slightly turned his head to me, she said, with only the slightest hint of a smile, trying to look beaten.’ She told someone that she is going to chew me out for what I did.”

“What in the world”, he concluded.

When asked by Stephanopoulos if he could assure the American people that the Ministry of justice, Obama defended Clinton, the roots said, “Yes.”

“If there were people who are secretly trying to protect Hillary Clinton, we didn’t know about it,” said Komi. “The FBI drove this investigation, and we did it in a competent and independent way. I would put my life on it”.
