The 71-year-old athlete was pronounced dead at a hospital less than 90 minutes after paramedics arrived at his Clearwater, Florida, home on the morning of July 24 to respond to a cardiac arrest call, according to authorities.

Hogan was widely considered one of the most influential figures in WWE history, renowned for both his eccentric image and his outstanding performances in the arena.
