Throughout September, the Ukrainian vehicle pool augmented by over 23.3 thousand second-hand cars brought in from other countries. This signifies an increase of 37% compared to the prior year.

According to analysts, relative to the prior month, the need for pre-owned vehicles grew by 3%.
The prime portion in this division of the auto market was held by gasoline-powered cars – 45%.
Following these are:
- electric autos – 29%;
- diesel-fueled – 18%;
- hybrid vehicles – 5%;
- vehicles with LPG – 3%.
The typical age of used automobiles that transitioned to Ukrainian registration plates in September is 8.4 years.

- Tesla Model Y – 929 items;
- Tesla Model 3 – 738 items;
- Volkswagen Tiguan – 692 items;
- Renault Megane – 671 items;
- Nissan Leaf – 651 items;
- Audi Octavia – 644 items;
- Audi Q5 – 630 items;
- Nissan Rogue – 526 items;
- KIA Niro – 495 items.
As per experts, from the start of the year, Ukrainians have obtained 181.8 thousand imported second-hand vehicles, a 3% surge from the same period in 2024.
It should also be mentioned that in September, the Ukrainian market for new passenger autos reached a high point for the past year. More than 6.8 thousand fresh cars were acquired during the month.
