A 33-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with damaging one of US President Donald Trump's Scottish golf courses in March.
The woman was arrested in Leeds while the man was arrested in Wakefield on Friday.
The development comes after Kieran Robson, 33, appeared at Ayr County Sheriff Court on Monday charged with wilful damage to Mr Trump's Turnberry golf course in South Ayrshire.
Robson, originally from Galashiels in the Scottish Borders, made no comment during the brief hearing and was referred for further investigation before being released on bail until a future court hearing.
Police were called to Trump Turnberry on Maidens Road at about 4.40am on March 8.
The clubhouse at the 800-acre resort was defaced with red paint and damage was caused to the turf.
A 75-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman previously arrested in connection with the investigation have been released pending further investigation.
