President Donald Trump’s overall health is “excellent,” concludes the official White House readout of his first annual physical exam as president. Dr. Ronny Jackson, the White House physician, performed the exam on January 12 and announced the results to reporters on Tuesday, January 17.
In short, it finds that Trump, at 239 pounds, is overweight but otherwise healthy, with normal blood pressure. He also passed a cognitive test that looks for signs of dementia. Jackson told the White House press corps Tuesday that “there’s absolutely nothing I am withholding from this [report].”
