President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared that, during the routine assembly of the General Staff, the primary focus revolved around augmenting Ukraine's aptitude to launch extended-range offensives on targets located within Russia. As per the head of state, a comprehensive assessment of the efficacy of recent Ukrainian military actions was performed. “The Russian oil refining sector is already experiencing the effects of our operations and will incur an even steeper penalty for the conflict,” Zelenskyy remarked. The participants also pinpointed objectives for broadening the scope of application of extended-range weaponry.
The President revealed that Ukraine is engaged in finalizing enduring agreements with local arms manufacturers. It is anticipated that the quantity of formalized contracts will rise.
