On Sunday, President Donald Trump seemed to disclose that the U.S. had executed another assault on a purported drug cartel vessel as he commemorated the U.S. Navy’s 250th anniversary onboard the USS George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier.

The president, accompanied by First Lady Melania Trump, expressed gratitude to the Navy for aiding in the execution of the strike.

"But, you know, it's quite a demanding endeavor we've been undertaking. However, you should contemplate it in this manner," Trump went on to say.

"Each of those vessels bears responsibility for the demise of 25,000 American citizens and the ruination of families. Consequently, when you perceive it in that context, our actions are, in reality, a compassionate deed. Nonetheless, we carried out another one just last night. At present, we are simply unable to locate any more."

The president also emphasized the strength of the armed forces while cautioning other nations against attacking the U.S., warning of consequences.

"Every dictator and foe on the globe is aware that their decision is straightforward: either leave America in peace or face destruction in a firestorm unlike anything witnessed before. Across the world, individuals are cognizant of the proficiency, fortitude, audacity, and sheer resolve exhibited by the most fearless and daring pilots on the sea," he stated.

Trump informed the sailors that his presence was to advocate for an increase in remuneration for service members.

"I'm endorsing comprehensive pay enhancements for every sailor and service member throughout the United States armed forces."

Trump further promised "the most substantial investment in our military history to date," stipulating that it would be allocated towards revitalizing shipyards.

The majority of Trump’s address concentrated on underscoring the Navy’s legacy and its wartime involvements, alongside commending the attending sailors for their diligence and dedication to their national service, while also critiquing previous U.S. approaches to warfare.

"The issue with Vietnam — we, you know, we ceased fighting to triumph. We would have achieved victory effortlessly. We would have handily conquered Afghanistan, securing victories in every conflict. However, we embraced political correctness. Let's proceed cautiously. It's — we no longer adhere to political correctness. Just for your understanding. We emerge victorious. Now, we secure wins. We no longer aspire to political correctness," he expressed.

During an interlude, Trump conceded, "This constitutes a rally. It embodies a speech of affection."

Trump also promoted himself as the peace president, humorously suggesting the sailors might harbor resentment towards him for ending wars instead of deploying them into combat.

"Perhaps some among you will be displeased, questioning, 'What actions is he undertaking? We desire to engage in conflict.' You see, if we can resolve issues in the manner I am, we’ve successfully addressed seven. We’re currently addressing another that has spanned 3,000 years, and we’re nearing a resolution," he conveyed, seemingly referencing negotiations between Israel and Hamas aimed at concluding the war in Gaza. "However, I prefer not to discuss it until completion."
