Ingraham returned to her show after the announcement of 30 March, it will be next week for Easter holidays, to spend time with their children. The announcement came at the end of the week, in which more than a dozen authors show it pulled ads for its criticism of the Park area shooting survivor and gun control advocate David Hogg.

Instead, Ingraham focused on the left as a whole on Monday and announced a new segment called “defending the first,” a recurring feature that she said would “expose the enemies of the first amendment to the Constitution, freedom of speech, and every thought, while demonstrations of these bold voice makes a difference.”

“If you were threatened or intimidated because of his speech, I want to know about it,” said Ingram. “Tweet me, because without freedom of speech and freedom of conscience, we are not truly free people.”

Ingram opened the show with a discussion of the book “Illiberal education”, published in 1991, Dinesh D’souza, a former friend of Ingram according to a vanity fair profile, and as described liberal colleges, going from “guardians of the freedom of speech stifle it.”

“I was the victim of a boycott,” said Ingram. “This is wrong. You don’t have to do it on command. It’s the modern way to cut freedom of speech.

“And the goal posts by the way are not always moving. Every day more and more questions taken from the table all together and can no longer be discussed,” she continued. “So, in other words, if You are against affirmative action. You are a racist. And if you wear make America great again hat to rally the gun control and beat, well, don’t expect much sympathy from participants. And if you praise the military skill of Robert E. Lee, you must be named defender of slavery in the new York times.”

Hogg not to react on social media to Ingram back.

Ingram, 54, was held “the Ingraham angle” on the news on Fox starting in October 2017. She has written six books and hosted the talk show on radio for over ten years.
