Children are the future of Ukraine, believes the Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine Denys Ulyutin. That is why the state program “eYasla” has been launched in the country, which should become a real help for young families.

Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko agrees with this approach, adding that the next steps should be solutions aimed at protecting orphans and children deprived of parental care, writes “Novyny.Live”.
To this end, the “Family Home” project has already been launched for orphans and children deprived of parental care.
“It is often most difficult to find a new family for teenagers, children with disabilities, or large groups of siblings. Therefore, for such children, an adaptation space between boarding school and independent life will now be created, as close as possible to family conditions,” Svyridenko noted.

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers has expanded support for children returned from occupation or forced deportation by Russia.
Now, not only children under 18 years of age, but also young people aged 18−23 who were minors at the time of deportation will be entitled to assistance in the amount of UAH 50,000.
“This is an important step for their adaptation and reintegration at home, in Ukraine,” Svyrydenko emphasized.

Free legal assistance
It is also noted that orphans and children deprived of parental care, aged 18−23, will be able to receive free secondary legal aid.
“We strive for all children to have the protection and support of the state in legal matters,” the Prime Minister wrote.
The Cabinet of Ministers also regulated the use of an electronic medical report on the health status of adoptive parents, in particular, approved a unified procedure for medical examinations for everyone who wants to adopt a child, having adopted a corresponding resolution.
Among the government's proposals is the introduction of electronic medical reports for adoption (for this purpose, a draft law was approved and submitted to the Verkhovna Rada to amend the Civil Procedure Code).
Previously, “FACTS” wrote about what the basic assistance will be from October, and who will be able to receive more than 4,500 hryvnias.
