Activist Greta Thunberg reached Paris after her deportation from Israel on Tuesday and called for stronger action to support humanitarian aid for the Gaza Strip.
Speaking upon arrival at Paris' Charles de Gaulle airport, Ms Thunberg called for the release of other activists who were detained on board the Freedom Flotilla.
She described the situation at the time of her arrest as “very chaotic and uncertain.”
The Swedish activist noted that the conditions they faced were “absolutely nothing compared to what people in Palestine, especially in the Gaza Strip, are going through now.”
