Two Israeli government ministers, Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich, have been subject to sanctions by the UK.
Security Minister Ben-Gvir and Finance Minister in Benjamin Netanyahu's coalition government will be banned from entering and their assets will be frozen.
The move comes amid growing pressure from Britain and other Western countries on the Israeli government amid the ongoing war in Gaza.
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar expressed displeasure, saying it was “outrageous that elected representatives and members of the government are faced with such measures.”
Both Mr. Smotrich and Mr. Ben-Gvir belong to right-wing parties that play a major role in supporting Mr. Netanyahu's fragile government coalition.
Both have been criticized for their hardline views on the war in Gaza.
Mr. Smotrich opposed aid to Gaza, while Mr. Ben-Gvir called for the relocation of Gazans from the area.
