During the season Arsenal didn’t go as I wanted, the club acquired two top-notch strikers who apparently had the same idea against Stoke city last weekend.
Alexander Lacazette joined the club in the summer before Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang did the same thing in January, and now both copy each other from the penalty spot.
After Aubameyang scored from the penalty spot early in the 3-0 win over the potters, he kindly gave Lacazette following that he had hidden in depressingly similar fashion.
The ball low to the goalkeeper’s left, rolling up the net, Jack Butland going in the wrong direction two times. The only difference in the holidays for 1-0 and 3-0 respectively clear.
Fans will hope the two match each other goal for goal in the next season too.
