From September 1, 2025, the monthly supplement for school teachers for working in adverse conditions has increased to 2,000 hryvnias. This was reported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

At the end of 2024, the government allocated 12 billion hryvnias for this initiative. Previously, during the first eight months of 2025, this supplement was 1,000 hryvnias, writes Osvita i Nauka.
The Ministry of Education and Science noted that all teachers will receive the supplement, regardless of workload. For those who work more than one rate, the amount of the supplement will increase proportionally.
“From September 1, this additional payment will be 2,000 UAH (2,600 UAH before taxes). All teachers will receive it regardless of workload, and for those who work more than the fixed rate, the additional payment will increase proportionally. We continue to look for ways to support teachers,” the Ministry of Education explained.

The supplement for dangerous or difficult working conditions is funded by the state and is calculated proportionally to the training load.
As “FACTS” wrote, from October 1, the circle of recipients of basic social assistance will be expanded, which will help increase the income of some pensioners.
