BYD Sea Lion / Infocar
In August, the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with more than 7.9 thousand battery-powered vehicles (BEV). Compared to July 2025, demand for electric vehicles increased by 13%.
This is reported by Delo.ua with reference to data from Ukravtoprom.
According to analysts, the main number of electric vehicles sold in August were passenger cars – 7,770 units, of which 1,888 units were new (+19%), and 5,882 cars were used (+12%).
Among 175 commercial electric vehicles, only 24 were new (in July 2025, out of 176 units, 20 were new).

- BYD Song Plus EV – 358 units;
- Volkswagen ID.UNYX – 206 units;
- Honda eNS1 – 202 units;
- BYD Sea Lion 07 – 154 units;
- Audi Q4 e-tron – 109 units.
TOP-5 imported electric cars with mileage:
- Tesla Model Y – 827 units;
- Tesla Model 3 – 651 units;
- Nissan Leaf – 562 units;
- KIA Niro EV – 367 units;
- Renault Zoe – 263 units.
