Lviv region leads in electric vehicle registrations / Ukravtoprom
In October, Ukrainian citizens registered nearly 10,500 electric automobiles. The most vibrant market was identified in the Lviv region, where 1,635 vehicles were documented, with 92% being pre-owned.

Kyiv occupied the second position with 1,252 registrations, where the proportion of used automobiles is 52%, and the Kyiv area secured third place with 850 electric autos and 65% comprising imported second-hand vehicles.
The Dnipropetrovsk region displayed 847 registrations (71% previously owned), while the Odesa region accounted for 573 (70% pre-owned).
Considering solely new electric vehicles, the markets of Kyiv, Kyiv region, and Dnipropetrovsk region were spearheaded by the Volkswagen ID.Unyx. Conversely, in the Lviv and Odessa regions, purchasers more frequently opted for the BYD Song Plus.
Within the realm of secondhand electric automobiles acquired from overseas, the Tesla Model Y emerged as the favored model in Kyiv, Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In the Lviv and Odessa regions, the frontrunner in October was the Tesla Model 3.
It should be noted that during the initial nine months of 2025, the Ukrainian automotive park was augmented by almost 56 thousand electric vehicles (BEV).
