In Poland, 55.7% of citizens do not have basic digital skills (only Bulgaria and Romania are worse). We do poorly in terms of implementing new technologies. Only 33.2% of enterprises in Poland recorded a high or very high level of digital intensity in 2024 (which is below the EU-27 average of 34.3%). Out of the 27 EU-27 countries, we are 11th from the bottom.
