League of legends Ireland Stuart Byrne said the long-term Shamrock Rovers plans for hurting their current ambitions.

In Tallaght the club suffered a fourth defeat in five games against bottom club Bray Wanderers on Monday evening.

Manager Stephen Bradley says he’s not worried about his position.

Speaking at the ball, four-time winner of the top division Bryne thinks Rovers need to change my approach.

“One of the areas where it went wrong, and it certainly could improve-this is probably the message that comes from the Stephen is a five year plan kind of thing.

“[Tramp] must not do anything for the next three or four years. That’s what the players hear.

“It’s a huge club Shamrock Rovers. And they are, in fact, was the third or fourth place team with Michael O’neill left football club”.

Michael O’neill left the club in 2011 to become Northern Ireland Manager, with Rovers not winning the main trophy after.

In that year, O’neill won the League with Rovers and helped the team to a Europa League, becoming the first among the Irish teams in history to reach the group stage of the Eurocup.
