Ticket prices range from £48 (restricted view) up to £394, with 51 per cent of Liverpool’s allocation falling into the category 2 bracket, which cost £140 (£109 restricted view).

The breakdown of Liverpool’s ticket allocation will see 63 per cent handed to general supporters, with the remainder going to hospitality members, rights holders, match-day officials, players past and present, media and commercial partners.

Supporters who attended seven Champions League fixtures this season will be guaranteed a ticket, provided they purchase tickets during an allotted period, while those who went to six games must enter a ballot.

Meanwhile, Real, who beat Bayern Munich to reach a fourth final in five years, received the same allocation, with a further 6,700 tickets being made available to worldwide supporters.

UEFA has stated the remainder of the tickets will be handed to “the local organising committee, UEFA and national associations, commercial partners and broadcasters, and to serve the corporate hospitality programme”.

The Olympic Stadium – which also hosted the Euro 2012 final – usually holds 70,050 supporters, but will be reduced to 63,000 for the final.
