The Sligo Professional Footballers' Association have confirmed that former Sligo players Eamonn O'Hara and Dessie Sloyan will take up the county's joint managers' posts for a three-year term.
The pair will replace Tony McEntee, who stepped down as manager following the Tailtine Cup quarter-final defeat to Fermanagh after five years in charge.
O'Hara led his hometown team Thurlestrain to five successive county titles before he became manager, winning two successive titles at Leitrim with Mohill.
Sloyan captained Sligo's under-20 side, which led to Connacht success in 2022, and was also part of Longford's senior team under Paddy Christie. He has also coached his own club, Easkey, and is currently coach of Knockmore in Mayo.
Con O'Meara has been appointed as head coach, with former Donegal star Eamon McGhee set to be involved as a coach and scout.
Sean Boyle will continue as strength and conditioning coach, Dr Stephen Gilmartin will remain team doctor, Alan Dunne will continue as physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist and Aidan Carty will remain kit manager.
