Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, representing the Holos faction, announced that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy surprisingly opted against removing Andriy Yermak, the chief of his office. In a message on his Tg channel, he mentioned that, conversely, the OP is devising “retaliatory actions” against everyone tied to Mindichgate.
As per Zheleznyak, the “OP riffraff” have already started disseminating details about the “Witkoff scheme” in the media – presumably, this concerns fresh “peace proposals” that Washington and Moscow were covertly discussing – and suggesting that the NABU and SAPO’s inquiry into corruption at Energoatom is a form of leverage. The subsequent action involves a “forceful counter-attack” aimed at individuals involved in the recordings.
Zheleznyak foresees “judicial nonsense,” with the purpose of completely halting the circulation of information and the inquiry: “I’m worried we're heading into a very difficult period.”
Previously, news sources indicated that prominent government figures advised the president to dismiss Yermak following the exposure of the Mindich-Galushchenko tapes. According to Zheleznyak, he, under the alias “Ali Baba”, appears on the tapes, participated in meetings and dictated directives concerning how to exert influence on NABU and SAPO . However, the OP head himself is persuading the president that this controversy was engineered by oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who has been held in SBU custody for the past three years.
