President Donald Trump, speaking from the Oval Office on Wednesday along with FBI Director Kash Patel, stated that his administration intends to "enter additional urban areas" to address criminal activity.
"We will deploy a contingent of resolute, capable individuals, true patriots. They will get involved, and they will resolve the issues," Trump mentioned.
On a noteworthy occasion, Patel accompanied Trump to present what they named "Operation Summer Heat." Patel elaborated at length about the thousands of arrests he claimed the administration carried out over the recent months.

The Trump administration has amplified federal law enforcement capabilities in predominantly Democratic-led cities, sometimes deploying the National Guard — an action that has encountered judicial objections in locales like Portland, Chicago, and others.
A judge in Oregon on Wednesday prolonged the brief restraining order against Trump’s strategy to dispatch Guardsmen to Portland for another two weeks, scheduling a trial date for Oct. 28 regarding the troop deployment.
Trump indicated that San Francisco is also under consideration, characterizing the California metropolis as a "disorganized place."
"I’m going to be emphatically recommending, at the urging of government representatives, which is always appreciated, that attention be directed toward San Francisco," Trump commented as Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi remained by his side.
The president also mentioned his administration’s aim to "rescue Chicago."
Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker, during an appearance on ABC’s "This Week" on Sunday, contested the administration’s claims concerning crime in Chicago and Portland.
"Portland isn’t ablaze. In Chicago, we have reduced the homicide rate by 50%. We’ve witnessed double-digit decreases across all categories of violent crime statistics. He alleges that we possess the highest crime rate globally. That’s preposterous," Pritkzer stated.

Trump indicated on Wednesday that the crackdown on crime has evolved into a "fervor for him."
"We’re going to salvage all our urban centers and transform them into essentially crime-free environments," Trump articulated.
"This is an extraordinary undertaking," Trump appended. "And we’re merely at the inception. We’re intending to engage with additional cities that we’re not explicitly mentioning. Preparations are underway for our involvement."
