Holiday Items Have Arrived in The New Yorker Store

’Tis the season to be jolly—a state more easily achieved if you’re wearing a long-sleeved New Yorker tee. (We think so, at least.)

That tee is just one of the new items now on offer in The New Yorker Store, which is celebrating the start of the holidays by adding and restocking shirts, hats, puzzles, notebooks, and more. Whether you’re hunting for gifts for loved ones or shopping for yourself, the Store contains a diverse array of products, priced for a range of budgets.

The long-sleeved T-shirt, like the rest of the Store’s offerings, stylishly nods at the magazine’s rich history and visual sensibility—in this case through the iconic logo designed by Rea Irvin, The New Yorker’s first art director. Other new items include embroidered patches featuring Eustace Tilley, the dandy who appeared on the cover of the magazine’s first issue, in 1925, and whose form has been updated here by the frequent cover artist Christoph Niemann.

To decorate your personal library—and to mark which novels are yours—check out our brand-new bookplates, sold in sets of twenty and showcasing original illustrations by contributors such as Roz Chast and Liana Finck. As you do so, consider our new hoodie, a limited-edition item that honors the cartoonist George Booth and playfully spotlights one of his illustrated canines on both the front and the back.

Along with these new offerings, the Store has replenished its supply of familiar favorites, from coffee and pajamas to our Crossword-Puzzle Puzzle, not to mention onesies for future readers. (Speaking of young people, it’s never too early to give the gift of a subscription.)
