Littler beat Luke Humphries in the final of the New Zealand Darts Masters in August, repeating his success at the Australian Darts Masters a week earlier.
Luke Littler begins his defence of the World Series of Darts final at Jack's Casino on Saturday afternoon against Simon Whitlock.
The 32-player tournament will take place in Amsterdam from Friday to Sunday, with the winner taking home a top prize of £80,000, with a total prize pool of £400,000.
Littler, winner of back-to-back World Series of Poker events in Australia and New Zealand in August, defeated Michael Smith 11-4 in the 2024 World Series of Poker final.

The teenager is seeded second in the Netherlands, behind Stephen Bunting in the World Series rankings.
A thrilling first round match on Friday night will see world number one and reigning Premier League Darts champion Luke Humphries, seeded fourth, take on James Wade.
The pair met in the semi-finals of the Czech Darts Open last weekend and Humphries won 7-1 to retain the trophy.
The second round will take place on Saturday evening, with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final on Sunday.
