In the month of October of 2025, the most in-demand fresh auto for passengers in Ukraine proved to be the Volkswagen ID.Unyx electric vehicle— with Ukrainian drivers acquiring 441 of these vehicles.
This is according to a report by Delo.ua, citing figures provided by Ukravtoprom.
Experts highlight that, yet again, solely crossover vehicles appeared within the ten most sought-after automobiles.
During October 2025, the ten top-selling models constituted 38% of the Ukrainian market for new passenger vehicles.
The Volkswagen ID.Unyx electric automobile took the lead in the rankings, achieving its status as the favorite new passenger vehicle in Ukraine for the inaugural time in September 2025.

- Volkswagen ID.Unyx – 441 units.
- Renault Duster – 432 units.
- BYD Song Plus – 391 units.
- Toyota RAV-4 – 384 units.
- BYD Leopard 3 – 261 units.
- Toyota Land Cruiser Prado – 247 units.
- Hyundai Tucson – 244 units.
- Skoda Kodiaq – 217 units.
- Volkswagen Touareg – 189 units.
- Zeekr 7X – 169 units.
As a reminder, this past October, Ukrainians bought a record volume of new autos throughout the preceding 13 months – totaling 7.8 thousand. The Chinese marque BYD held the prime position within the Ukrainian market.
