Currently, Ukraine possesses the most substantial fleet for Getmancar / Getmancar
Getmancar’s operations are steadily becoming more internationalized, with overseas markets beginning to contribute a greater portion of the firm’s earnings. While Ukraine continues to have the largest car count, it presently accounts for “approximately 50% or less” of the company’s overall income.
Getmancar’s originator, Taras Getmansky, voiced this during a conversation with Delo.ua.
“ At the moment, Ukraine leads in our fleet and totality, though I believe its income portion is already about 50% or less. The residual ~50% originates from other marketplaces ,” he stated .
It is noteworthy that the company’s earnings in 2021 totaled UAH 45 million, while in 2022 – it almost reached double, totaling UAH 88 million. The Hetman chose not to share “up-to-date” figures, but mentioned “there is progress.”
The Getmancar establisher also mentioned that the 2026 ambitions involve establishing several impactful markets where earnings will equal or exceed Ukraine’s.
“ Supposing we consider six markets, we prefer Ukraine’s contribution to be about ~1/6, not ~50% as it stands. This is feasible through growing fleet sizes and broadening models ,” he underscored .
When explaining the strategic rationale for an international footprint, Hetmansky reassured that this does not represent “capital flight”: since 2014, this type of extension has functioned as a tactic for mitigating currency and military dangers, thus guarding the company against severe exchange rate instabilities . As he explained, incurring a 15-20% loss in a particular market is unfortunate, but nowhere near 80%, as happened back in 2014.
Hetmansky also communicated that prior to the full-scale conflict, the Getmancar fleet had 500 vehicles, where roughly 65–70% were under the company’s ownership . While several financiers departed in 2022–2023, new collaborators were brought on board. Presently, it consists of approximately 700 vehicles, with Getmancar owning about 500 of them .
