Clare and Cork have been crowned All-Ireland Hurling champions for 2023 in the Minor and U20 grades respectively.
The first of the days two All-Ireland Finals at Semple Stadium saw the Banner take a 2-22 to 4-11 win against neighbours Galway, before Cork bested Offaly 2-22 to 3-13.
In the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, Louth very nearly supplied the upset of the weekend at MacHale Park, beaten by Mayo by just a single point, ending 0-14 to 1-10.
In Group 4, Monaghan beat Clare 1-23 to 1-18 up against Clare, while Derry took an emphatic win over Donegal at Ballybofey, where it ended 3-14 to 1-15. Meanwhile in Group 3, Roscommon beat Sligo 1-21 to 1-11 at Dr Hyde Park.
In the Tailteann Cup, Wicklow beat Limerick 2-14 to 1-10 and Longford lost 2-13 to 1-14 against Carlow 2-4.

At the Athletic Grounds, Antrim took a 3-13 to 1-12 win over Fermanagh, and Wexford beat Leitrim 1-16 to 1-12.
Golf
Tom McKibbin has won his first European Tour title.
The 20-year-old from Holywood, Co Down fired a final round of 70 to take the European Open on the DP World Tour in Hamburg by two shots.

Rory McIlroy has a chance to make it a famous double this evening.
He’s in a share of the lead going into the final round of the Memorial Tournament on the PGA Tour in Ohio.
McIlroy, who’s at six-under par alongside Si Woo Kim and David Lipsky, teed off at 6.35pm Irish time.
