Cavan ended their campaign with a 19-11 win over Cork.
Kildare will face Offaly in the Division Three final.
Both teams were promoted to the top flight after victories over Antrim and Clare respectively.
It means Antrim will be relegated alongside Leitrim, who have not won a game since their 22-point defeat to Sligo.
Fermana also won against Liish by 2 points.
Limerick will face unbeaten Wexford in the Division Four final.
Treaty County secured a 4-24 to 1-17 win over Waterford this afternoon to book their place in the decider.
James Naughton scored an impressive 4-12 for Limerick today.
Wexford secured their seventh win in seven with a 2-18 to 1-10 win over Longford.
In other matches, Carlow beat London by one point, while Wicklow beat Tipperary by seven points.
Football
The Irish team will take to the field again this evening.
Heimir Hallgrimsson's side will host Bulgaria in the return leg of the play-off for the right to remain in the Nations League.
