Liverpool have reached a €75m deal with Bayern Munich for Reds striker Luis Diaz, according to PA news agency.
The agreement was reached after the Bundesliga champions reopened transfer discussions after their initial €67.5 million offer was rejected last week.
Liverpool are currently on a pre-season tour of Asia and Diaz remained with the squad when they arrived in Tokyo on Sunday but has now been cleared to leave.
The 28-year-old has two years remaining on his current contract and the Reds have reportedly agreed to an offer in line with his market value.
Diaz signed for Liverpool in January 2022 and featured in 50 matches in all competitions last season, scoring 17 goals as they won the Premier League title.
During his time with Merseyside he also won the FA Cup and two League Cups.
Diaz was unable to play in Liverpool's 4-2 friendly defeat to AC Milan in Hong Kong on Saturday as speculation over his future continued to mount.
After the match, head coach Arne Slot said: “As for Lucho (Diaz), there have been a lot of rumours around him lately and I can’t go into that.
