There was late, late drama in tonight’s Dublin derby at Richmond Park.
Stephen Kenny looked set to pick up his first point as St Pat’s manager, but an Evan Caffrey goal in the sixth minute of added time saw Shelbourne emerge with a 2-1 win.
Shelbourne are now four points clear at the top of the SSE Airtricity Premier Division.
That is after second placed Derry City fell to a 1-0 defeat away to Shamrock Rovers.

Jonny Kenny’s seventh minute strike settled the game at Tallaght Stadium, where Graham Burke also had a penalty saved by Brian Maher.

David Bosnjak’s goal for Cobh Ramblers cancelled out Mikie Rowe’s Wexford opener, and 1-1 was the final score.
