London Spirit's win over Southern Brave at Lord's on Sunday evening ensured the Superchargers and Invincibles would reach the play-offs, while the Trent Rockets would secure the final berth with a win over Welsh Fire on Sunday.
In the team standings, the Superchargers' second-highest scoring effort of the 2025 season was also led by Zak Crawley (49 off 25), South African David Miller (37 off 16) and Dawid Malan (34 off 31), with Miller matching Brooke's tally of sixes.
Brook's team is second in the men's 100 rankings, trailing the leader only by point difference.
Key Invincibles players including Jordan Cox (24 for 16) were modest in their performances, and Donovan Ferreira's quick 41 in 15 innings only briefly offered hope before their second loss of the season.
Spirit keep chances alive thanks to Williamson against Brave

Kane Williamson boosted the Spirit's playoff hopes with a scoring performance.
Jamie Smith (44 off 18) and David Warner (25 off 20) bolstered the side, while Jofra Archer (42 off 20) was the quickest to remove Williamson's threat at long-on.
