Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has revealed that new signing Benjamin Cesc is ready to start for his Premier League debut against Arsenal.

Benjamin Cesco looked confident in his Manchester United side as he beamed during training ahead of the new Premier League season.

Old Trafford fans will be able to see new signing Cesko for the first time, as well as Premier League debutants Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.

Cesc, who was linked with a move to Sunday's opponents Arsenal earlier in the transfer window, signed for Old Trafford in a £74m deal last week. Asked if the 22-year-old would start against the Gunners, Amorim said:

“He doesn’t have much time, but he’s physically ready.

“He's a very smart guy, a guy who always thinks about what he's going to do. He's ready to play, but we'll see if he starts.”
