And the city still retains its hip, grungy veneer, attracting artists and creative types in droves, sprawling metropolis increasingly gaining the air of luxury that was unthinkable just a few years ago. This is especially true in the expansion of the real estate market, where developers have spent the last decade of the construction of luxury apartments in almost any area of the city.

Now comes word that Berlin is exceeding its own expectations: luxury condominium recently appeared on the market, offering high prices.
