The majority of Ukrainian citizens, specifically 52%, are of the opinion that the undertakings of the Servant of the People faction in the legislature impede the advancement of Ukraine. Based on an investigation by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, the actions of this faction are deemed the least favorable among all factions within the Verkhovna Rada.
As indicated by the survey, the most substantial proportion of those surveyed view the operations of the European Solidarity faction favorably – 38% consider that its endeavors are beneficial to Ukraine. Conversely, 36% of individuals think that its activities rather obstruct progress.
Following closely is the ” Holos ” faction – 33% are of the belief that its undertakings aid Ukraine, while 27% hold the contrasting view. Simultaneously, the remaining 40% were unable to reach a definitive conclusion.
One quarter (25%) of individuals regard the actions of the ” Fatherland ” faction as advantageous. Conversely, 48% are of the opinion that the faction’s operations hinder the nation’s evolution.
Regarding the Servants of the People faction, which holds the largest representation in the Rada, merely 25% of individuals perceive its actions as valuable, with 52% perceiving them as detrimental to the nation’s advancement. Concurrently, sociologists point out that in contrast to February, the evaluation of the ruling faction’s actions has shown some improvement.
At the same time, 15% deem the undertakings of the Platform for Life and Peace group to be advantageous for Ukraine, while 43% assert that its endeavors are detrimental to the state.
The poll was administered from September 19-28, 2025, by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology utilizing telephone interviews on the basis of a randomized sampling of cell phone numbers involving 1,029 participants. The sample excluded residents of areas temporarily outside the governance of Ukrainian authorities, but a portion of the respondents are IDPs who relocated from the occupied regions, and the inquiry was not performed with persons who departed abroad following February 24, 2022.
Officially, under typical conditions, the statistical variance of such a sample (with a probability of 0.95 and considering the design effect of 1.3) did not exceed 4.1% for metrics proximate to 50%, 3.5% for metrics proximate to 25%, 2.5% for metrics proximate to 10%, 1.8% for metrics proximate to 5%.
