Before the onset of winter, which, according to experts, will be very difficult for many Ukrainians, some communities have decided to allocate money to help citizens.

In particular, in the Volnovakha community in the Donetsk region, pensioners over the age of 65 can receive a one-time allowance of UAH 10,000 to support health and household needs, the military-civilian administration reported.
To do this, you must submit an application and a package of documents, including a passport, IDP certificate, and bank account details.
Who can get help?

Under the terms of the order, citizens who meet certain criteria can apply for a one-time payment.
Namely:
be aged 65 or over;

permanently reside in the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of areas where active hostilities are ongoing or occupied territories;
the residential address must be declared or registered within the Volnovakha urban community at the time of application;
have the status of an internally displaced person (IDP) with relevant information in the Unified Information Database.
What documents are needed to receive payment?

To receive assistance, you must submit a package of documents along with your application. It includes:
- passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
- identification code;
- extract from the community register with confirmation of the residential address;
- certificate of registration of an internally displaced person issued after February 24, 2022;
- power of attorney and documents of the representative (in case of an application from another person);
- certificate with bank account details according to the IBAN standard.
Documents signed with an electronic signature are recommended to be sent to the e-mail of the Administrative Services Center of the Volnovakha City Administrative Center with the mark “65+”.
