In September, the foremost regional sales locations for brand-new passenger vehicles in Ukraine encompassed the city of Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Odesa Oblast, and Kharkiv Oblast.

It is worth mentioning that these regions represented 67% of the total new passenger vehicle transactions for September.

According to analytical assessments, 2,198 autos were obtained in Kyiv throughout September.
In Kyiv Oblast, 727 autos found owners, while Dnipropetrovsk Oblast saw 538 registrations, Odesa Oblast accounted for 368, and Kharkiv Oblast had 364.
The top-selling model of the month in the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions was the Volkswagen ID.Unyx electric car.
Renault Duster had a higher purchase rate in Kyiv.
On the other hand, residents of the Odesa region favored the BYD Song Plus.

In September 2025, the Ukrainian market for new passenger vehicles achieved a peak for the prior year. Throughout the month, more than 6.8 thousand fresh vehicles were sold.
This signifies a 20% increase compared to September 2024 and a 1% uptick from August 2025.
In September 2025, the electric crossover Volkswagen ID.Unyx became the most sought-after new passenger vehicle in Ukraine for the first time, with Ukrainians procuring 432 of these vehicles.
