Several new services will soon appear in the “Diya” application. For example, citizens will be able to see if someone is viewing their data in state registers, and starting in 2026, people aged 40+ will receive notifications about the opportunity to undergo a preventive medical examination – the state is allocating 10 billion hryvnias for this.

This was reported by the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko in “United News”.
As part of the National Checkup program, Ukrainians will receive relevant notifications in the “Diya” app, and funds for the examination will be transferred to virtual cards in the application. Citizens will choose the medical institutions where they will be able to undergo such an examination on their own. This includes consultations with specialists, laboratory and other tests.
According to the minister, if a person is diagnosed with certain diseases, they will be provided with a free e-prescription to receive the appropriate medications.
