Unlike state cashback programs, which People's Deputy Hetmantsev considers “ineffective”, PrivatBank probably has a different opinion, and is even going to modernize them, using them to attract new customers.

In particular, PrivatBank recently launched a new cashback program for international card transfers to Visa cards. Thanks to this promotion, clients can receive bonuses ranging from several hundred hryvnias to up to 25,000 hryvnias, the institution's press service reported.
As noted by PrivatBank, a project has been implemented together with Visa for Ukrainians who send or receive international transfers.
Participation in the program occurs automatically in two cases:

- when receiving international transfers to a PrivatBank card via the Privat24 mobile application;
- when transferring funds from a currency card to international Visa cards.
The minimum transaction amount is $50. The more transactions, the higher the chances of receiving a reward. In total, about 2,000 customers will receive bonuses.
The bank emphasizes that each international transfer increases the chances of receiving cashback. The amount of payments is not limited, and the amount of the reward can range from 250 to 25,000 hryvnias. The program will be valid until March 25, 2026.
How to make transfers and rates

Transfers to foreign Visa cards and receipts can be made in the application or web version of “Privat24”. Transactions from currency cards in dollars and euros are available.
To transfer funds through Privat24, you need:
- select the “Transfer” item in the menu;
- fill in the required fields and click “Continue”;
- confirm the transfer by clicking “Pay”.
The money is credited to the recipient's account automatically.
Every month, the following prizes will be drawn among the participants:
- 25,000 UAH — 1 winner;
- 2,500 UAH — 20 winners;
- 500 UAH — 100 winners;
- 250 UAH — 200 winners.
The promotion will last from September 25, 2025 to March 25, 2026. At the same time, one client can receive cashback several times during different stages of the promotion, and the total amount of winnings is not limited.
