The average salary indicator is one of the elements of the formula by which the size of pension payments is calculated – for each pensioner individually: P = SZP x KZP x KSP.
- P is the amount of the pension;
- Average salary in Ukraine for the last three years before applying for a pension;
- Wage coefficient — an individual wage coefficient that determines the ratio of your salary to the national average;
- KSP is the coefficient of insurance experience, which depends on the number of your years of work and the value of the assessment of one year of experience (1%).
