Ukraine's car fleet has been replenished with over 2.8 thousand hybrids / Depositphotos
In August 2025, the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with more than 2.8 thousand hybrid passenger cars (HEV and PHEV). This is 7% more than in July.
This is reported by Delo.ua with reference to Ukravtoprom.
The share of new hybrid cars increased and reached 56% of the total volume — 4 pp more than a month ago.
In the new passenger car segment, the main bestseller remains the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid – in August, Ukrainians purchased 291 such crossovers.
In second place is the Toyota Yaris Cross with a result of 146 cars. The third place was taken by the Renault Duster Hybrid (116 units).
Among imported used hybrids, the Ford Fusion US Hybrid took first place (70 units).
The top three also included the Ford Escape Hybrid — 69 units and the Toyota Prius — 66 units.
We should add that the Toyota RAV4 hybrid is leading in the domestic market of Ukraine – 949 sales in six months.
