Several vacancies for which it is better not to send a review

Everyone faces the job search at different times, but it is not always possible to get a decent job. At the same time, even at the stage of selecting vacancies on the network, you can immediately understand which job offers are not even worth considering. We will tell you what points to pay attention to so as not to waste time, informs Ukr.Media.

The job description is too confusing

Very often, a vacancy seems so attractive that you want to run to an interview right away, because the employer describes incredible benefits! But wait, first clarify what exactly you will have to do. Usually, when even during a telephone conversation the employer cannot specifically describe the scope of your duties, most likely, you will have to face an unpleasant reality – you will do what they “assign” to you, and this is not always directly related to your qualifications. And you will not be able to be indignant either – you had no idea from the very beginning what you will have to do, which you will be immediately reminded of. That is why it is so important to clarify all the main points related to your direct duties in a new place during the first conversation or during correspondence.

“Burning” vacancy

“Hurry up! The vacancy is closing soon, we are waiting only for you!” Offers of this kind should alert you. Often, such job offers from the same company appear regularly, which indicates a low reputation of the company and a discrepancy between promises and reality in the workplace. A reputable company will never rush a potential employee, carefully selecting applicants, because for them the professionalism and personal qualities of the employee always come first, and not the number of people who will occupy the office.

The company offers an unpaid trial period

Probably one of the most popular situations is when a potential employer offers to “gain invaluable experience” if you work for a few months absolutely free. A probationary period is needed so that the employee and the manager can get to know each other and understand how much both parties are satisfied with the cooperation. At the same time, many managers announce the news about an unpaid period only when a person has gone through several stages of interviews and it is already difficult for him to refuse. And yet, it is worth considering whether you have the opportunity to spend a few months for which you will not receive a penny.
