In the new promotion for the Savings Account and Premium Savings Account, Bank Pekao offers the opportunity to receive a higher rate than in the previous version of the offer. The new offer is 7% per annum, which is 1 percentage point more than was available in June and July of this year. Other terms of the offer have also changed.
The promotion will be available to those who meet the customer status requirement. New customers who opt for the Przekorzystne Account with a debit card or those who meet the balance requirement can open an account with the stated percentage . The latter applies to current current account holders at Bank Pekao whose accounts have average monthly balances of no more than PLN 2,000 between January 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025.
According to the terms and conditions of the promotion, which begins on August 1st of this year, customers who meet the aforementioned requirement will receive a 7% annual interest rate . The interest rate applies to both Savings Account and Premium Savings Account (the account available to holders of the Świat Premium Account).

The 7% annual rate applies up to PLN 25,000. Above this amount, 6% applies for the surplus up to PLN 100,000 (Savings Account) or PLN 200,000 (Premium Savings Account), the rate that was in effect during the last edition of the special offer.
Not only has the interest rate changed, but also the period over which the preferential rate is calculated. Customers may be less satisfied with this change, as the bank has shortened the promotional term from 152 days to a maximum of 123 days . This is still one of the longer promotional interest rate periods on the market.
The “Up to 7% on a Savings Account or Premium Savings Account” promotion is valid until October 6, 2025. Marketing consents required.
Personal account to complete the set
A personal account is required to open a savings account. Customers can choose between the flagship account, the Przekorzystne Account, or the more demanding World Premium Account.
