Artificial intelligence arouses both admiration and anxiety. On the one hand, it automates tedious tasks, increases efficiency, and allows people to focus on more creative challenges. On the other hand, many people wonder: will AI take my job? In today's podcast episode, we consider how to learn to cooperate with machines.
Although the widespread use of artificial intelligence has only recently occurred, the pace of change is dizzying. We are still wondering whether it is more of an opportunity or a threat to society. However, we cannot stop the AI revolution, which is why in the latest episode of the podcast we asked how to learn to cooperate with machines. And not only in repetitive tasks, but how not to lose our basic traits, such as creativity or intuition.
Dominika Bucholc is an expert in the field of artificial intelligence, digital strategy and new technologies. She gained experience at Deloitte, where she created digital strategies for global brands. In the third episode of the MamBiznes: Startup Talks podcast, she talks about myths related to artificial intelligence, advises on how to cooperate with AI, and indicates how Poland is doing in this technological race.
The limits of cooperation with artificial intelligence
Collaboration with artificial intelligence is one of the key competencies of the future today – regardless of the industry. It is no longer just about knowledge of specific tools, but also about the ability to formulate accurate instructions, critically analyze results and consciously use AI as a partner in everyday work. However, when cooperating with AI, we must remember about our creativity or intuition.
In Poland, more and more training courses on cooperation with artificial intelligence are appearing, and for young people or students, using AI is essential. Although slower compared to the Western competition, Poland is also developing on the map of new technologies. We have more and more startups that are successful on an international scale. In Poznań, not only the AI Factory is being built, but also the first quantum computer in our country.
Dominika Bucholc, as the founder of a consulting and training company, supports business leaders in the effective implementation of AI, automation and modern technologies. In today's episode, she will answer whether AI is actually taking away jobs, what competencies will be key in the world of cooperation with technology and what the adaptation of AI looks like in Poland compared to other countries.
