Four men were summoned to the court after the coach of the England Rugby Eddie Jones was subject to a barrage of foul-mouthed abuse.
This 58-year-old was driving from Manchester Oxford road on February 25, when a group of people asked to be photographed with him.
But released the footage online showed the atmosphere, then sour, with the men, two of whom can be seen with a drink in his hand, teasing the Jones Cup on the Kolkata Scottish victory over England the previous day.
One of the supporters of Scotland shouted “what happened last night, you bald C***” as the Australian sat in the car, and opened the car door, so that the group can continue to shout abuse.
Today, British transport police said the four men – three from Edinburgh at the age of 22, 23 and 25, and 25-year-old from South Queensferry – was called to Manchester and Salford Magistrates court on may 16.
They were marked for alleged violation of public order.
