The outrage from President Donald Trump's supporters regarding the Jeffrey Epstein investigation continues to escalate, and now well-known podcaster and Trump advocate Joe Rogan has stated that he believes the administration’s lack of openness represents “a line in the sand,” accusing the administration of “attempting to gaslight” the public on this issue.
Rogan, who endorsed Trump in the last presidential election, expressed his views on his podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience” on Friday, criticizing the administration for withholding files and information concerning the sex offender and his purported clients.
On the podcast, which has millions of followers, Rogan mentioned that the nation will still be seeking answers regarding the investigation when Congress reconvenes after its August recess.

"This is a definitive line in the sand because this is a subject that has been widely discussed, especially regarding our expectations when Trump assumed office and anticipated resolutions," he remarked.
"And when there’s this one crucial issue that everyone has been talking about for ages, and they’re attempting to gaslight you concerning it," Rogan added while shaking his head.
The podcast host has frequently addressed the Epstein case on his platform and has advocated for the federal government to disclose more information regarding its investigation and release the Epstein files.
On July 7, the Justice Department and FBI declared that no additional records from the Epstein investigations would be disclosed, stating that many files included child sexual abuse material, while other data could potentially inflict trauma on Epstein’s victims.
The memo further indicated that their review "did not reveal evidence that could support an investigation against uncharged third parties."
"In light of this, while we have endeavored to provide the public with maximum information about Epstein and ensured scrutiny of any evidence in the government’s possession, it is the conclusion of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation that no further disclosure would be suitable or justified," the memo stated.
During his 2024 presidential campaign, Trump embraced podcasts as a vital media strategy to connect with audiences beyond conventional outlets. Currently, several podcasters — including Rogan — are expressing their discontent regarding how Trump has managed the Epstein files situation.
Andrew Schulz, who featured Trump on his “Flagrant” podcast during the 2024 campaign, criticized Trump for claiming it was a “waste” of time to discuss Epstein.
"We’re wasting time … in all seriousness, that is what I believe is infuriating people right now, it’s an insult to our intelligence," Schulz remarked on his podcast earlier this month.
Rogan’s guest on the episode, former CIA officer Mike Baker, also called for the complete release of information related to the investigation and criticized Attorney General Pam Bondi for not following through.
"The mob is hungry, and they’ve been tossing red meat to the mob regarding the Epstein files for years," Baker stated.

"It’s part of how they got elected," Rogan interjected.
